Refunds & Returns

We believe in the quality of our product and therefore do not offer refunds. If there was an issue with your order please fill out a return request form or contact a customer service representative within 72 hours of receiving your order. All return requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

Coupon Codes can only be applied to regular price items. If a product is on sale, you will not be able to apply an additional discount to it. If you have more than one item in your cart, discount will only be applied to regular priced items and not sale items

I bought one of your products through another location, can I return it directly through you?

We value our many different partnerships and never overstep their policy based decisions. If a product was bought through an affiliate, the request for return/exchange/refund must be made directly through them. We will only accept return requests for purchases made directly through our website.

I just placed my order and changed my mind, am I able to cancel it and be refunded?

Please be advised that once an order is placed, they are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. If you have further questions or concerns before placing your order, please contact a customer service representative who will be happy to assist you.

I placed my order but forgot to apply my coupon code, can I still receive the discount?

Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds or returns. Before confirming your order be sure that all necessary discounts are accurate and that coupon codes have been applied. Once an order is placed, it is final.

I missed your promotion by one day, am I still eligible to receive it?

Promotions are only honoured up until their expiration date and time. There are no exceptions. If you wish to to be aware of our different promotions sign up for our newsletter.
